Christopher Hadfield
Chris Hadfield is the partner in charge of the Wills, Powers of Attorney, Probate and Trusts Department. He has worked in Walton-on-Thames since 1977 and has specialised in such work from the start. He has a high degree of loyalty from his clients as a result of his knowledge, experience and efficiency.
Chris also deals with the problems associated with older people covering Powers of Attorney and dealing with the Public Guardianship Office, as well as managing the affairs of older clients who can no longer cope on their own.
Inheritance tax is likely to be a concern for the majority of people living in the Walton-on-Thames area as a result of house prices. With the right advice and careful planning, it can be substantially reduced and in many cases, legally avoided altogether.
