Dawn Lawson

Dawn is a partner in the Property Department and has many years of residential conveyancing experience.

Dawn has a wealth of experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing including leasehold and freehold conveyancing, mortgages and re-mortgages, new builds and transfer of equity, lease extensions, collective enfranchisement and right of first refusal applications.

Dawn has built a strong relationship with local estate agents and other professionals. She is an approachable person and rightly prides herself on taking a proactive approach to transactions.
